How it works

Three steps. Zero effort.

Set it up once. Pharmassist runs in the background while you keep doing what you do best — looking after patients.

STEP 01

Log the service.

After a patient visit, log the service in 30 seconds — name, email, service type. That's it. No PMR integration, no IT setup.

Frequently asked questions

When does Pharmassist launch?
June 2026. We're finalising the product now and onboarding pharmacies from the waitlist in order. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment your account is ready to set up — no card required to join.
What does the waitlist commit me to?
Nothing. The waitlist is just an email list, used to let you know when Pharmassist is open for signup. No card, no contract, no obligation. When we launch, you'll choose whether to start the 30-day free trial.
How long does it take to set up?
About 5 minutes. Sign up, tick the services you offer, and you're ready to log your first patient. There's no integration needed — it works alongside whatever PMR system you already use.
Is this GPhC compliant?
Yes. Pharmassist was designed by a registered pharmacist with full GPhC compliance in mind. We don't store clinical records or NHS numbers — only basic patient contact details with explicit opt-in. We also provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every pharmacy as standard.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Pharmassist runs entirely in your browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. Your team can log a service from any device. No software to install, no IT setup required.
What about GDPR and patient consent?
Patients are added on an opt-in basis. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and patients can withdraw consent at any time. We're registered with the ICO as a data processor, and provide a full GDPR-compliant DPA for pharmacies to sign.
How much does it cost after the trial?
£79/month, or £780/year if paid annually (saves 17%). All inclusive — no setup fees, no per-patient charges, no hidden costs. Most pharmacies recover this in 3 rebooked services per month (an NMS at £28 alone is over a third of the cost).
What happens at the end of the 30-day free trial?
When we launch in June, you'll start with a 30-day free trial. On day 30, your subscription begins automatically and you'll be charged £79 (monthly) or £780 (annual) on the card you provided at signup. To avoid being charged, cancel from your account settings before day 30. We don't send reminder emails — please diary the trial end date when you sign up.
Can I customise the email templates?
In v1, the templates are pre-written by our pharmacists and use your pharmacy name and booking link automatically. Custom template editing is on our roadmap for v1.5 — let us know which services you'd want to customise first.
What happens if a patient replies to an email?
Replies go straight to your pharmacy email address (you control which one). You can also enable click-to-respond links in NMS follow-ups so the patient can confirm they're doing well with a single tap — and Pharmassist logs it automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. If you want to leave, just turn off your subscription in settings. Your data is yours — you can export it before you go.
